Savannasaurus
Savannasaurus was a huge, long-necked plant-eater that lived in Australia about 95 million years ago. It had a very wide hips and a body shaped like a barrel, making it look extra chunky. This dinosaur is one of the most complete sauropod skeletons ever found in Australia.1

- Savannasaurus was named in 2016 by Stephen Poropat and his team. The skeleton was found on Belmont sheep station in Queensland, Australia, and the species name honors the Elliott family for their help with Australian paleontology.1
